Herbon School
Established in 1899, Herbon School serves the Christian labor community of India and South East Asia. More than a century has passed and the School continues to serve its original function, although it has increased in size and is regarded as the International School recognized as such by the Government of India and the State of Tamil Nadu.
The school is a co-educational and mainly boarding school for children aged 10 to 19 years. About 10% of our students are day-to-day students (including employees of children and children at the Defense Services Staff Training College in Wellington). Students review the English National Curriculum leading to the IGCSE in Standards 10 and 11 and the A level in Standards 12 and 13.
